I absolutely love getting to meet my followers when I’m out and about and just doing everyday things! This beautiful woman was in front of me in the grocery store over the weekend. She looked at me and said, “OMG! You’re Ontrend50. I said yes, hello and giggled because she said she was a bit nervous about meeting me. Wow, nervous to meet me? I’m not at all exceptional in any way. I’m just your average 60-year-old women struggling with the same things we all do as more mature women. But, she sure made me feel special for a few minutes that day. We had a friendly little chat and then my husband took some photos of us together right in the checkout line. She was beautiful and had the most gorgeous thick, long hair! I have to admit it made me just a little bit jealous. She was so lovely, kind, and sweet! The kind of person you would want as a friend as soon as you talk to her for a few minutes.
I was behind her in line at the checkout, and with so much going on with groceries, talking with her, taking pictures, and dealing with my groceries, and paying for them, I am so sad to say I forgot her name. Short term memory loss is one of the things I struggle with having MS.
