Animal Prints are the one thing that comes back in style time and time again! Zebra print is one that is a bit less on-trend than say leopard print. I never give away anything animal print that fits me. I got this jacket at Nordstrom’s 20 years ago! Lol, I was asked three times yesterday, where I got it! I have been able to pull this jacket out so many times over the past 20 years as trends with animal prints change.

A stylist will tell you over and over to get rid of anything in your closet you haven’t worn in a year. That is wasteful, in my opinion! I choose lots of things that I know will come back around every six years or so. Sometimes a dress will look new and current again just by changing the hemline! A trunk or rack on wheels that has a cover is a great way to store clothes you need to get out of your closet without getting rid of them. When they come back in vogue, you can put them in your closet again.

Hello friends, It’s been a while! I was gone for the month of December in Richmond Virginia visiting my youngest son CJ, his lovely wife Dana, and my adorable new 4-month-old grandson Wesley. My hubby and I had such a wonderful time with them. We also spent a week visiting Colonial Williamsburg, Virginia Beach, and Cape Charles before coming home. We got home on Jan. 7th and I hit the ground running trying to catch up with interior design work, clients, and all the things to do to get the house back in order. It was great to see our pups, Boo-Boo and Suzie Q again! It may sound funny, but I miss my little Wesley already! I will share some of our photos below.

It was also nice to meet some of my Instagram friends on our trip to Virginia Beach as well as make some new ones!

I love a crisp fall day so much! Today is perfect for a leather blazer! This one from Boston Proper is stunning. My Blouse is from Walmart, the floral scarf from Target, and black sock booties from Nordstrom.

Hello Fashionistas, I am so excited to share this gorgeous Burgundy colored faux suede moto jacket with the fur collar that Boston proper sent me. This jacket is stunning and very on-trend.

The lining is so soft, warm, and cozy. The whole jacket is beautifully made and looks very lux. I think out of all my new jackets. This might be my favorite so far. I love that it’s not like all the other moto jackets I see. This one is a head-turner! The first time I wore it, I got a ton of compliments!

Best of all, my husband absolutely loved it!  And he is not a huge moto jacket fan. If you’re looking for a new jacket, I highly recommend this one. I love everything about it from the fit the feel and the color! All the zipper details are gold, not silver.  I love this because I usually wear gold accessories and jewelry.
