On-trend San Diego Weekend With My Grandson

Hello friends, sorry it been so long since my last post but I have been away for the last 5 days with my hubby & grandson to San Diego for some fun in the sun. We had such a great time with Jeren. I think I have the most amazing grandson in the world!

We had some fun in a red Mustang convertible all weekend long. It’s just so great to feel the wind in your face. We Stayed in a great hotel on Shelter Island right on the water overlooking the boats from our balcony. What an awesome place to sit in the morning and drink coffee as we planned our day.

We went Sailing on Stars & Stripes (America’s Cup winner) on a wonderful sunny day with just the perfect amount of wind. We ate at wonderful restaurants with amazing views at every meal.  We went out one day on a jet boat ride that was fast and furious, to say the least.  We were all soaking went by the end of the event but welcomed because this day was a hot one and not the normal San Diego cool weather we all love so much, I think my favorite was the last day when we all went jet skiing! Ohhh my goodness I felt like I was going faster than I have ever gone in all my 59 years! We absolutely had a blast and I can’t wait to go do it again!

We visited all kinds of fun places to shop and eat from Sea Port Village, La Jolla, and the famous Gas Lamp Quarter along with just taking in the beautiful scenery. This was a trip to remember, and one of the best times we have had with our grandson and I know he feels the same. I love him dearly!

I will link some things I wore or similar things that would be great for a San Diego Vacation below. I hope you all enjoy what is left of summer. Have a blessed day!
